  • Develop content across digital and social platforms
  • Help manage digital communications through email marketing, social media, and landing pages
  • Monitor and analyze advertising trends, make recommendations for optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and produce HTML emails, landing pages, etc. for campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Search Console or other analytics tools on regular basis
  • Conduct A/B ad tests to understand the factors that make ads successful
  • Help implement internal referral programs, including content creation, flyers, and signage

Education, Experience, and Skill Sets:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and try new things
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Infusionsoft or similar tool
