Job Overview
As the Human Resources Manager at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company’s mission of treating team members and patients like family. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting employee growth and development.

Your Contributions

  • Build rapport with managers and team members to ensure timely and efficient communication
  • Support and process payroll for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based)
  • Oversee and support benefits enrollment (medical, dental, 401k, supplemental)
  • Conduct and support new hire orientations and onboarding
  • Support employee engagement communication and activities
  • Resolve employee concerns and conduct investigations as needed
  • Support 401(k) and WC audits
  • Maintain HR records and compile reports from HRIS
  • Remain current on HR practices included OSHA and other state and federal regulatory agencies

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, or work equivalent
  • At least 5 years or more experience in Human Resources with 3 years in payroll processing
  • Proficient in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Paycom experience is highly desirable
