Job Overview:
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a significant role in supporting and providing excellent customer service to all employees across the organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Your Contributions
- Process payroll for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based)
- Performs benefits administration including employee eligibility, change reporting
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality
- Coordination and support and new hire orientation and onboarding
- Support employee engagement communication and activities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or business, or work equivalent
- At least 3 years or more experience in Human Resources and payroll processing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paycom HR & Payroll Software
