Regional Operations Manager

The Regional Operations Manager (ROM) provides leadership support to multiple offices throughout the State. They know that excellent patient care starts with employees who are engaged and feel supported. They communicate effectively, provide clear direction, and creative solutions that promote superior employee and patient experience and ensure that they leave feeling appreciated and eager to return.

Your Responsibilities 

• Interview and select team members who have the potential to contribute to a positive team culture and performance. 

• Build a high performing team by engaging, empowering, and developing team members to reach their full potential through positive and constructive feedback, training, and coaching 

• Hold team members accountable to operational and compliance standards 

• Support dentists by understanding and advancing their practice goals 

• Provide compassionate care to patients. 

• Collaborate with the leadership team on new initiatives like process improvements that impact the entire organization  

• Effectively communicate with all team members by adjusting to their needs and always start with the WHY  

• Actively participate in leadership development sessions to expand your knowledge and growth potential  

• Analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of access to care, patient experience, and employee retention 

What You’ll Bring: 

• 3 years management experience in a dental office setting  

• Proven record in driving results through action and delegation and building and maintaining trusting relationships 

• Experience managing managers is preferred 

• Experience with interviewing, selecting, and/or training employees highly desired 

• Computer proficiency (MS products and patient management system) 

• High School diploma or equivalent 

• Thorough understanding of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance 

• Ability to fly inter-island at least 2x per week
