- Interview and select team members who have the potential to contribute to a positive team culture and performance.
- Build a high performing team by engaging, empowering, and developing team members to reach their full potential through positive and constructive feedback, training, and coaching
- Hold team members accountable to operational and compliance standards
- Support dentists by understanding and advancing their practice goals
- Provide compassionate care to patients.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on new initiatives like process improvements that impact the entire organization
- Effectively communicate with all team members by adjusting to their needs and always start with the WHY
- Actively participate in leadership development sessions to expand your knowledge and growth potential
- Analyze reports to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of access to care, patient experience, and employee retention
Education, Experience, and Skill Sets:
- 3 years management experience in a dental office setting
- Experience with interviewing, selecting, and/or training employees highly desired
- Computer proficiency
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Training in OSHA and HIPAA Compliance
